HI, I AM MIA HARRIS!

A lover of the outdoors and passionate photographer hailing from the South West. I am constantly on the move, traversing across different landscapes in pursuit of adventure and awe inspiring beauty. From the summits of towering mountains that I never dreamed I would climb to the depths of alpine lakes that revitalize me with every dip inside, I am constantly reminded of the magic and wonder that the natural world has to offer. I have found that the beauty of our planet is not just in the grandeur of its landscapes, but also in the intricate details of its flora and fauna. Through my camera lens, I seek to capture these moments of awe and freedom that have been gifted to me by the outdoors. My hope is that through my photography, I can inspire others to find wonder in all the details of our planet - from its awe inspiring creatures to the grandeur of vast glaciers that shape our world.

It is my desire to encourage others to push beyond their perceived limits and experience the incredible beauty and interconnectedness of our world firsthand. I hope to inspire others to recognize their place in the grand scheme of things, to see themselves as an integral piece of this magical planet, and to revel in the marvels that surround us each and every day. For it is through exploring, learning about, experiencing, and sharing the beauty of our world that we can truly appreciate the depth and richness of our existence. In doing so, we can appreciate the interconnectedness of all things as not just a concept but a living reality. From the way a mountain range affects the weather patterns of the surrounding region, to the way the smallest creatures play a vital role in the larger ecosystem. 

Through my art I hope to show people that they too are an incredible piece of this magical planet, and that together we have power to create meaningful change. I wish encourage others to take action and to advocate for our planet so that we can safe guard these awe inspiring landscapes that cover our planet and the creatures that call these spaces home. We are all integral parts of this world with the power to create impactful change, it is our responsibility to advocate and care for this incredible world we call home.
